JOB DESCRIPTION

• Maintain the computer and multimedia systems, ensuring that they run smoothly and providing technical support and advice to computer users
• Provide effective IT assistance across all aspects of the business and will provide back up and support to the IT manager
• Responsible for supporting and maintaining all IT related hardware/software

 

Requirements:

 

• Minimum of bachelor degree majoring in related field from reputable university
• Computer trouble shooting ability
• Knowledge of cross platforms windows-based operating systems, mac and android
• Familiarity with office software
• Ability to capture and images editing
• Sound work ethics
• Adaptability
• Communicative and pro-active
• Capable of working well under pressure
• Excellent english communications skills (written & verbal)
• Indonesian nationality
• Resourceful, creative and self-motivated with an ability to work independently
• A good team member and with high-level interpersonal skills
• A sensitivity and empathy towards the expectations and understandings of people from diverse cultural, religious and language backgrounds
• A warm and friendly personality
• Prior experience working in related field or in an international school would be an advantage
