The job

We are looking for a person with the ability to analyze problem and think logically and methodically. One that can find solution or at least have an idea about what kind of issue that a user is experiencing by hearing what they have to say. Preferably one with a QA and Support background

Responsibilities

Handling support ticket for start-ups within Mailbird
Doing user experience test for start-ups within Mailbird
Giving solutions about the issue that a user is experiencing through research and customer service approach

Professional requirements

Minimum 4 year of work experience as Tech Support and QA
Minimum under graduate degree within Information Technology
Detail oriented and methodical
Have sixth sense in finding bugs
Excellent English skills – Written and spoken
Know how to code
Familiar with Automated Testing and User Experience testing
Indonesian residence or a valid Indonesian working permit holder
Zendesk managemnt is a plus
