Requirements :
• Strong catering or banquet chef background with good Asian cuisine repertoire, canapés, buffet spreads, live cooking station presentations
• Ability to interact with demanding high level prestigious/profile clients
• Strong organizational and planning skills required
• Has also worked in SouthEast Asia, preferably Singapore, Indonesia, China, Thailand, or Malaysia
• Age 28-38 years old of range
